Groundhog Day

It’s February 2^nd again. It’s a lovely, sunny day here just like in Punxsutawney, PA where Punxsutawney Phil has run back into his house signaling six more weeks of winter. Let’s look at this:

• The first day of spring this year is on March 20^th. Palm Sunday.
• There are 26 days left in February.
• There are 7 days in a week.
• 20 + 26 = 46
• 46 / 7 = 6.57

hmmm... Punxsutawney Phil predicts six more weeks of winter… there are 6.57 more weeks of winter… Who’da thunk it???
